Helping growth-minded B2B companies find clarity in complexity

Clear Harbor was built for moments when marketing needs more structure, clearer priorities, and stronger systems to support growth.

The meaning behind the name.

Clear Harbor was born from a simple idea. Growth requires space to think. The best decisions rarely occur when a team is constantly in motion. Every company reaches a point where momentum creates complexity and clarity becomes harder to find.

The harbor represents a brief but important pause. It is the place where leaders can step back, assess the full system, and realign people, process, and performance before moving forward again. It is not about slowing down. It is about moving with intention.

When I stepped out of corporate leadership, I realized this is the work I value most. I help companies find clarity in the moments that define their next stage of growth. That is what Clear Harbor stands for.

Courtney Jane Acuff, marketing advisor and founder of Clear Harbor

I’m Courtney Jane Acuff, a marketing advisor who helps growth-minded B2B companies bring structure, focus, and clarity to marketing as they scale.

My background is intentionally non-linear. I’ve worked across brand, digital media strategy, product development, and go-to-market leadership, blending qualitative insights with quantitative rigor. I’ve led global agency relationships, built product and PLG functions inside of startups, and operated at the executive level, partnering closely with C-suite teams during periods of growth and change.

I founded Clear Harbor to support leadership teams who don’t need more activity, but stronger systems. My work focuses on helping teams design frameworks, operating models, and decision structures that enable marketing to scale without compromising coherence, credibility, or control.

Collaborative, focused, and built for progress.

Every engagement starts with listening. We define where you are, where you need to go, and what stands in the way. From there, we move fast but stay grounded in clarity. My process is hands on, collaborative, and designed to create momentum, not another static strategy document.

Work sessions are structured like sprints. Each one delivers real decisions, aligned priorities, and next steps your team can act on immediately. Together, we test ideas, refine frameworks, and build internal capability so progress continues long after the engagement ends.

You can expect: Working sessions that create decisions, not decks. A focus on clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Tools and frameworks your team can use independently. Straightforward communication and steady guidance throughout.
